 true...autel froud me,no support no manual no...nothing...Stupid noobs just take money and nothing else...ONE MORE DONK CHINCE 

 Support in USA has been pretty good for new company.  Good warranty service definitely.

    Hello I am not tech support but I come here very often to try to help others and to get help as well , an idea to keep in mind its to post on the right forum or multiple related forum for example if your issue is regarding a maxidas tool on usa car then post it on the  maxidas section and on the usa section also try to refresh your post as it will go to the bottom of the list and eventually go into the next page and then no ene will see it people don't like to read to much also the members loged in at that time may not know the answer to your question,  as far as autel support goes if that question has been answer by support or another member they most likely won't answer it again  as we are suppose to do our job and read the forums most answer are already here, I  hope this information can help excuse my english and spelling not very good looking 

 I am impressed with the support I received today. They stayed with me until the problem was resolved and I live in Canada.
